Prestige Cars Group is a growing automotive retailer representing some of the Gold Coast's most luxurious dealerships. We represent Porsche, JLR, BYD, and Gold Coast Car Clearance, and pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

A unique opportunity has arisen for an individual to join our team at Gold Coast Jaguar Land Rover in Southport as a Warranty Administrator.

Whether you're an experienced Warranty Administrator or an enthusiastic candidate seeking a career in the automotive industry, we'd love to talk

Working closely with the Group Warranty Administrator the successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and submitting warranty claims accurately as per the guidelines set by Jaguar Land Rover Australia.
  • Keeping valid, current, and legible records of all claims submitted.
  • Maintaining warranty storage of return parts and return all parts requested in the time frame required.
  • Keeping the dealership compliant with regular audits.
  • Submitting transport and damage claims.
  • Repair order filing when required
  • Liaising with workshop controller to ensure warranty process is adhered to

To succeed in the role the applicant must display:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Accurate data entry / computer skills
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills
  • Knowledge of Manufacturer Warranty Claims Guidelines / Repair Order Processes
  • Titan experience preferred
