**The Role**

We are currently looking for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our client on the Gold Coast. As a leading luxury long-range motor yacht manufacturer, our Australian-made products are exported worldwide.

As a Warranty Administrator, your main responsibility will be processing warranty claims for our dealers and service departments globally.

You'll play a key role in providing excellent customer service and supporting the Warranty Coordinator.

Your duties will include:

- Handling warranty claims and forms
- Processing and reviewing claims
- Monitoring warranty documents
- Accurately preparing warranty documentation
- Submitting and following up on claims promptly
- Staying updated on notifications and recalls
- Coordinating parts orders for dealers
- Ensuring accuracy of compliance certificates
- Reporting product issues to management
- Building strong customer relations
- Liaising with suppliers and service providers
- Claiming expenses for faulty equipment
- Providing after-sales support

To succeed in this role, you need:

- Previous warranty experience (marine, caravan, or automotive experience is preferred)
- Proficiency in Hubspot CRM is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Effective time management
- Self-motivation and ability to work in a team
- High level of commitment and focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
