**Your new company**

Our client is a well known residential builder based centrally on the Gold Coast. Due to their continued success and growing work load, a Warranty Administrator is required to join their team on a temporary basis. There is potential for this role to go permanent.

**Your new role**

As the Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- Analysing and actioning warranty claims
- Liaising with owners, property managers, and tenants
- Database management
- Coordinating and scheduling contractors to ensure warranty items are completed
- General administration support to the team

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful you will have:

- Previous administration experience ideally within the construction industry (minimum 2 years)
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- The ability to work in a team and autonomously
