This fast-paced role, based in the Robina Office, is responsible for the process and management of Service & Warranty claim requests from our customers who have recently settled into their new Metricon home. No two days are the same, so you will learn on the job and develop your construction knowledge while delivering excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Processing and organising service requests and warranty claims
  • Providing administrative support to the Service and Warranty Inspectors
  • Email inbox management – responding in a timely manner
  • Receiving inbound calls regarding service requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Reviewing and approving supplier/trade invoices in a timely manner for payment
  • Demonstrate empathy, problem solving skills and excellent communication

The successful candidate will have
  • Experience and passion for customer service
  • Experience in a similar role or in the building industry
  • Building knowledge would be an advantage (reading plans/contracts)
  • Proven ability to work in a customer-focused, time-critical environment
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills and a quick learner
  • A positive attitude and team player
  • Ability to establish strong networks with internal and external stakeholders
