**Essendon Kia is currently seeking an experienced individual to join our dealership in Essendon Fields.**

This is a permanent full time position, working 4 weekdays and 1 Saturday.

**About the role**:

- Permanent Full Time role
- Handling daily inbound calls and redirecting calls to relevant individual/department
- Co-ordinate service and test drive bookings for customers
- Providing showroom support for the vehicle sales team and help provide a concierge function for all visitors
- Act as the key liaison with our regular suppliers to ensure smooth site operations
- Regular scanning and filing of service related documentation for audit purposes
- General site administration support as required

**Do you have?**
- Previous experience in reception or similar environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication along with strong IT skills
- A positive and dynamic customer centric orientation and the ability to multi task
- High standards of personal grooming and a high level of “we before me” attitude
- Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency
- A current Australian driver’s license
