About the Role
We're looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dealership. This is a key customer service role that supports the day-to-day operations of our busy front desk and administrative functions.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for guests and team members, providing a warm welcome and assisting with general enquiries. You'll also support our sales and service teams with administrative tasks to help keep the dealership running smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Greet customers and visitors, both in person and over the phone

  • Direct calls and enquiries to the appropriate departments

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing

  • Maintain a tidy and professional reception area

  • Support dealership events and activities as required

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administration

  • A professional, courteous, and approachable manner

  • Strong communication and organisation skills

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems

  • An interest in the automotive industry is a plus
