**Receptionist **for
**Saturday work only**.

Are you currently working, studying, or simply looking to work a few extra hours? We're looking for an enthusiastic applicant to join our team at
**Essendon Isuzu and MG.**

To be considered, you will have fantastic customer service and computer skills to assist the Team. You will also have excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills to provide excellent service to our customers.

**No experience? No worries** If you're an enthusiastic person and interested in the role, we will provide all the training and support to excel with us

**The Role**:

- Greet each customer personally in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Answer all phone enquiries and operate a busy switchboard
- Handle customer enquiries and concerns with professionalism and tact
- Assist with a variety of administration tasks in a prompt, accurate and professional manner
- Perform clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and ad hoc tasks as deemed necessary by management

**YOU**:

- A positive proactive demeanour
- A polite and professional telephone manner
- Enthusiastic, friendly and helpful attitude
- Computer Literate
- Able to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
- Excellent communication, organisation and inter-personal skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop
- **Experience in a Dealership Receptionist role is preferred but not essential**
