**About the Role**

Reporting to the Chief of Clinic Operations, you will be the most senior Manager for the WA business and will oversee all aspects of the business to ensure operational and commercial success.

As the State Manager you will drive business growth both organic and via acquisitions, as well as leading the people strategy ensuring that workforce planning is front of mind and strategies implemented to combat skills shortages. The role can be quite hands-on at times as well as requiring a strong focus on working collaboratively. The Western Australia business has 8 clinics and 85 staff. At Capital we highly value our team members and our focus is on patient care.

**Responsibilities**
- Review, implement and conduct relevant financial and operational analysis to drive service optimisation and revenue opportunities of clinical operations.
- Participation in development and delivery of strategy and budget for the state.
- To deliver the clinical and commercial budget across the region with an aim to meet organisational strategic goals.
- Engage, deliver, and coordinate across strategic projects including greenfield/brownfield sites, acquisitions and other business cases.
- Oversee the recruitment, orientation, training, and professional development of clinical staff to foster current and future leaders.
- Engage Radiologists in the state to promote growth whilst developing and leading clinical standards.
- Promote education and commercial activities at the clinics in collaboration with the Marketing team.

**Skills & Experience**
- Extensive management experience in a fast-paced operations management role
- Previous experience in healthcare, preferably Radiology
- Strong commercial acumen
- Effective communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
- The ambition, passion and drive to achieve results and continue to build a great culture
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Degree in management or similar will be highly regarded
