Now Hiring | A State Manager for this iconic Australia retail group - you will look after a large portfolio of stores across WA with scope to include SA also. Prior experience as a State Manager overseeing significant stores would be essential for this role

This business is renowned for retaining its people and known as a success-oriented business - they design and produce locally with a focus on modern design for women. We are looking for an experienced retailer to join a supportive leadership team and manage the WA store network of more than 20 stores. It’s a fast-paced role that requires a hands on, energetic leader to create a buzz and sense of excitement in store to achieve sales goals all while making your customers feel valued

In order to set you up for success a background similar to the following will support you|
- Have a reputation for infusing your business with your client centric approach
- Have significant leadership experience in successfully managing a similar sized portfolio of retail stores
- Have energy and passion to drive sales outcomes and KPIs through a hands-on leadership approach with regular time spent in stores
- Be experienced with driving individual sales targets and hourly productivity results
- Expertise in creating high levels of customer advocacy in a de-centralised store network
- Promote a fun and energetic working environment for your team

Day to day will see you working with your network of Area Manager’s and store leaders to Manage, lead and direct stores within the State by ensuring business goals and policies are understood and applied by all team members.

You will have key metrics to achieve across Sales, Payroll, Shrinkage and Expense budgets, as well as being ultimately focused on people management and development to ensure customer service standards are achieved in line with company standards.
