**About Us**

The Zinfra Projects and Infrastructure business is the trusted partner to deliver construction projects in Transmission Lines, Substations (Green and Brown field), Renewable energy storage and Green Gas infrastructure.

**About the role**

We are currently looking for a Construction Manager to join our growing team at Dandenong South. The project is based in East Gippsland on a 5/2 roster.
- You will be site based on site and your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to; managing safety, time, cost, quality, management of sub-contractors and client/ stakeholder management.
- You will be largely responsible for managing Substation projects and may have the opportunity to work on Transmission Lines and other projects.

**Key Responsibilities include**
- Managing and supervising the site-based delivery of projects, focussing on safety
- Coordinating sub-contractors and the quality of their work
- Ensuring the project risks are managed in accordance with PDS
- Managing internal and external stakeholders relations with sub-contractors, the client and internal staff
- Providing supporting documentation to ensure target adjustments are justified and provide accurate inputs into forecasting of the program resource requirements

**About You**

To be selected for interview you will have a trade qualification within the Electrical field or a relevant construction or engineering related qualification.

With a proven track record of delivering projects focused on transmission lines, on time, on-budget and to a high degree of quality, you will be commercially focussed and a leader amongst site crews and sub-contractors. To be successful in the role you will be comfortable managing large projects $10M plus.
