**About the role**

HCA has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Planner - New Build. Based in our Dandenong Branch, you will be responsible for the achievement of customer satisfaction via the delivery of new machines on time and to a quality standard, you will also:

- Review and establish new machine build schedules based on Sales department priorities
- Ensure a thorough understanding of the Scope of Work for engagements and undertake all planning and preparation for successful delivery.
- Procure and manage the supply of parts and resources by meeting the delivery schedule.
- Ensure sufficient inventory is held to meet build volume requirements.
- Implement new processes and further improve current planning practices to deliver our forecast targets.
- Work within the company’s WHS policy and identify opportunities to improve.
- Demonstrated experience in Project Scheduling
- Demonstrated experience using scheduling software
- High-level attention to detail
- Strong time management skillset
