**Your role**:
Our Human Resources team is central to delivering our business strategy as we build a reputation as a place to work. Due to an internal promotion, we are now looking for a **Human Resources Manager** to lead our Head Office portfolio and HR Projects. Closely supported by our HR Director, you will have access to a wide range of resources and frameworks from the broader Northrop Grumman Corporation.

Working closely with a diverse stakeholder group, your primary goal will be to collaborate with leaders, providing strategic and operational advice and coaching for people related-matters. The role will also support the delivery of a broad range of projects in line with the HR functional plan and Northrop Grumman Australia’s Balanced Scorecard priorities.

This position can either be based in Symonston, ACT or Fortitude Valley, QLD.

**About you**:
As a natural coach and communicator, your ability to empower leaders will be key. You easily build relationships and bring deep generalist HR knowledge and business acumen together when working with stakeholders to solve business problems.

Ideally degree qualified in a related field, your experience will span employment relations, talent management, workforce planning, performance management and compensation. You’re analytical and forward thinking and understand how data and technology can be leveraged to influence decision making.

Lastly you either hold or have the eligibility to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance.
