Hub Division Manager,PAEN,Asia

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a local business. Each day, you will assume responsibility for end-to end business activities including operations, portfolio and commercial. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring profitable business growth in these areas and lead a high performing team by developing and implementing strategy. The work model for the role is: #Hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation Energy Industries for Australia. This business is responsible for the energy sector, which includes but limited to include Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Power and Water. You will be mainly accountable for: - Ensuring profitable business growth by implementing the operating unit’s business strategy, with full responsibility for Profit and Loss, performance targets and improvement actions - Drives sales in integrated automation, electrical systems, service, and digital solutions, while implementing new marketing processes and tools to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness. - Ensures profitable business growth in Australia by maximizing geographic coverage and channel penetration, as well as focusing on industry segments in the domestic market. - Optimizes business on a regional scale, taking advantage of the Group’s local and global resources. - Builds and maintains strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. - Implements HSE and business compliance standards, lives ABB values, and supports the Global Business Unit in their responsibilities. - Organiaes, staffs, and directs the area of responsibility with HR Manager support, while guiding, motivating, and developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies. You will join a dynamic and talented team at ABB Energy Industries, where you will thrive and contribute to our leadership as the #1in Distributed Control Systems, and as a leading supplier of integrated automation, electrical, and digital solutions for process and hybrid industries

**Qualifications for the role**:

- 12-15 years of management experience leading multifunctional teams.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven history of developing local talent and significant industry experience, especially in Gas & Oil and Power Generation.
- P&L and sales experience with a strategic, customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong technical background for developing client-specific solutions.
- Strategic leadership, entrepreneurial attitude, excellent communication skills, and senior executive presence.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with relevant work rights.
