Seeking a HR Officer for our Client at Bengalla Mining Company.

In this position you will be providing assistance and guidance to HR Team and Bengalla Employees. Supporting HR activities with Recruitment, Onboarding, Inductions/Training, Reporting, Case Management, employee record management and activities related to a broad range of HR policies, programs and practices.

Core Competencies Required:

- Excellent stakeholder management / communication and customer service skills
- Preferred experience in recruitment / onboarding processess and reporting
- Experience in continous improvement/process improvement

Accountabilities:

- Support company remuneration and benefits activities to attract, engage and retain talented employees.
- Support HR reporting activities including statistical, statutory and adhoc reporting including monthly and ad hoc.
- Prepare general communications, employee letters and employment contracts as required in a timely manner and undertakes associated activities.
- Administer Bengalla position descriptions to ensure that all positions have a position description on file, and where opportunity presents itself, ensure the position description is valid and on the current template.
- Uphold and model the organisational values of Integrity, Accountability, Respect, Safety, Resilience and Success to all aspects of the role.
- Assist with case management activities when needed such as disciplinary investigations, disputes, complaints, return to work cases etc.
