**The Role**
In this position you will mentor, coach and support our Centre Educational Leaders across south east Queensland between approximately Glass House Mountains and Ipswich. Our Head Office is in Shailer Park so you will be required to attend meetings there on a regular basis. With your ability to inspire, motivate and incite passion for our sector, you will aim to deliver the highest possible care and education training and mentoring to our teams for our families.
Your position details and responsibilities includes but is not limited to:
- conduct regular scheduled visits to centres to ensure the adherence to company practices and processes across the service by all team members; and ensure focus in on continuous improvement
- during centre visits, monitor staff interactions to ensure that are in line with the EYLF and best practice
- coach, mentor and lead the development and implementation of an effective educational program and practice in their centre
- review current educational programs and documentation in the centres
- hold bi-monthly Educational Leader networking meetings
**Qualifications**:
- Sense of humour, strong work ethic, and reliability.
- A completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education (minimum)
- A minimum of 3 years experience as an Educational Leader, Director, or equivalent
- Current Qld Blue Card.
- Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for children.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
