Your Role
The Principal Education Officer will work in the Curriculum, Teaching and Learning Branch and:
participate as part of a team to develop a range of curriculum, pedagogy and assessment resources that will support schools to implement the Prep to Year 10 Australian Curriculum Version 9.
develop written responses in relation to policy positions and curriculum implementation by responding to correspondence and enquires.
build stakeholder relationships across other CTL teams and branches, regions and schools.
undertake other duties as required to enable Curriculum, Teaching and Learning Unit objectives to be achieved.
About You
The ideal applicant will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:
Thorough knowledge of Prep to Year 10 Australian Curriculum Version 9 to be able to contribute to the development of resources to support implementation.
High level written communication and digital delivery skills.
Experience in facilitating the professional learning of a range of stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
Flexible work arrangements are available with this position.
