**The Firm**

**You will be involved in**:

- A float team, providing your assistance to various Lawyers, depending on when and where you are needed;
- A wide range of secretarial and admin duties, such as but not limited to;
- Drafting and preparing documents, scheduling, and managing diaries, monthly billing processes, etc.

**You will have/be a**:

- Experienced Legal Secretary (at least **2 years’** experience);
- Excellent communication and proficient Microsoft Suite skills;
- The ability to work autonomously, as well as cohesively within a team; and
- The ability to work under pressure, prioritise your time and meet tight deadlines.
