The Marketing and Communications Coordinator will coordinate and implement campaigns and communications for the Foundation. They will assist the Marketing Team Leader in developing programs to build brand awareness and increase service streams.

The coordinator will focus on graphic design, content creation, small project management, website content updates, eDM management, copywriting, and management of stakeholder relationships. The aim is to ensure clear and consistent communication across all program areas.

About You - Key Selection Criteria:

- Assist the Marketing & Support Services Manager and Marketing Team Leader in the implementation of the Operational Marketing and Communications plans and ensure their cohesion with the Foundation’s overarching Strategic Plan.
- Coordinate the design, development and distribution of marketing and other promotional materials for all program areas as required, this will include to support with the development and delivery internally briefed work, such as web edits, graphic design, content development, video edits, and eDM development.
- Support the development and execution of Fundraising and Corporate Partnership activities with a lens of increasing engagement, conversion, acquisition and return on investment.
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to target audiences within the professional and broader community including event management, and representation at relevant network meetings and forums.
- Project manage small marketing projects, or act as Marketing Project Lead in larger projects as required.
- Develop strong and effective relationships with management and key operational staff who assist in developing content and marketing for individual program areas.
- Provide regular detailed reports and statistics on marketing activities to the organisation leaders.
- Assist the broader Partnerships, Fundraising, Marketing & Support Services team in planning, implementation and evaluation of program launches and activations.
- Use the Foundation’s CRM and data analytics to drive marketing plans and map user journeys.
- Writing of content to support our brand narrative, fundraising, advocacy, and professional education sales goals.
- Support the roll-out of, and compliance with, the Foundation’s brand guidelines to ensure organisation-wide consistency in message, look and feel across all channels and platforms
- Coordinate the development and delivery of key publications such as Annual Reports, brochures and flyers in alignment with the brand guidelines.

Remuneration & Benefits:
This position attracts a competitive base salary + phone + tablet + superannuation + salary packaging. The salary is determined on the basis of the employee’s experience and qualifications.
