MePACS is a division of Peninsula Health and provides a 24/7 emergency response personal alarm service. We have been keeping communities safe for more than 30 years and we’re also one of the largest personal alarm services in Australia.

**What You Will Be Doing**

Supporting our Brand & Marketing Manager, the Marketing Communications Coordinator will be responsible for creating content, coordinating marketing activities and proactively managing other marketing communication collateral, ensuring assets are kept up to date, optimised and on brand.
Your outstanding copywriting skills, great attention to detail, creative flair and ability to understand your target market and tailor content to appeal and engage will see you succeed and thrive in this role.

As a highly-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills, you will use your impressive organisational ability and initiative to deliver end-to-end communications.

**What You Need**

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field
- Previous experience working in a professional marketing or communications role
- Excellent copywriting ability and overall attention to detail in work undertaken
- Previous experience in delivering a professional social media strategy
- Digital communications experience particularly website maintenance via CMS and eDM delivery
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Creative and proactive approach to implementing ideas and activities
- Ability to work autonomously (self-manage) and as part of a driven team
- Passionate about creating active, clear, engaging content with purpose
- Ability to use online reporting and tracking tools, including Google analytics, with analytical capability to interpret insights
- Strong interpersonal / communication skills with ability to build relationships at all levels, including with diverse clients
- Current Driver’s license

DESIRABLE CRITERIA
- Experience with advertising and promotional strategies will be highly regarded
- Graphic design skills in using creative software programs (eg Adobe Suite) desirable
