**You will do this by**:

- Leading and coordinating the design, development, implementation and evaluation of Service Delivery transformation initiatives with a focus on leadership development, workforce capability, staff support and person-centred practice, using human centred design principles and co-design processes.
- Designing, developing and delivering leadership development programs for staff within Service Delivery.
- Providing a range of program and project management and support services, including preparation of reports and briefs, maintaining project documentation and implementing and monitoring project and work plans, to ensure outcomes are achieved on time, to quality standards and within agreed scope, in line with established project management methodology.
- Providing advice to Service Delivery managers on a range of issues impacting on workforce capability
- Preparing and maintain documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to ensure accessibility of quality information and contribute to the achievement of project and/program outcomes.
- Communicating to facilitate exchange of information and support project plans as required.
- Responding to and supporting others through change and uncertainty in a positive and flexible manner.
- Acting as a role model, demonstrating enthusiasm, commitment and dedication.
- Working with the Director, developing plans and strategies to address workforce capability issues.
- Working with others to translate strategic direction into departmental goals and objectives.
- Building and sustaining a range of relationships with key contacts in the work unit and with other parts of the division and department.
- Leading and ensuring you establish and maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day to day operations.
