**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage the front desk in coordination with receptionists and volunteers, including but not limited to answering and routing incoming phone calls and messages; greeting and screening visitors; routing incoming mail and packages; and monitoring locking/unlocking the building.
- Assists in executing mailings, organizing materials, and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Schedule and manage meeting rooms; maintain master schedule/appointment book to ensure that all meeting room use is properly coordinated.
- Maintaining and updating content on the E-Commerce website
- Monitor eCommerce websites to ensure proper functionality of links/pages
- Execute and manage all steps of the purchase order process
- Analyse sales trends and use learnings to identify product opportunities, trends, and offerings that will impact the business and provide results
- Provides support for E-commerce activities, reporting and feeds for online sales, reviews/ratings, and registrations
- Maintaining a best-practice E-commerce website that reflects the key attributes of the brand

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES**:

- Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, SAP and ability to learn new software
- Experience with phone systems
- Good communication skills (written/verbal)
- Excellent customer service, organizational and problem-solving skills

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Laverton North, VIC 3026: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
