We're seeking a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in growing our brands' social and digital presence. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Coordinator, Graphic Designer, and Content Creator to blend social media coordination, digital marketing support, and influencer/PR support. Perfect for someone who is highly organised, detail-driven, and excited to bring campaigns to life.
The Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role connects the dots between social media strategy and creative execution. You'll manage the coordination process for social media, digital marketing, influencer and PR activity, and content approvals, ensuring campaigns and storytelling remain consistent, timely, and effective.
Social Media Strategy & Coordination
- Manage the content planning and approval process (captions, visuals, scheduling) using tools and systems to streamline workflows.
- Maintain and manage a content calendar aligned with campaign timelines and business objectives.
- Monitor social engagement, escalate PR-related queries, and identify content opportunities to grow reach and engagement.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Support
- Ensure social media campaigns are aligned with broader brand storytelling and digital marketing strategy.
- Liaise with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to ensure timely delivery of creative assets for paid campaigns and EDMs.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on campaign launches, ensuring smooth rollout across social and digital channels.
Marketing Coordination
Translate social and digital objectives into clear briefs for our Content Creator and Graphic Designers.
Manage influencer gifting and relationship tracking.
- Support with PR and brand exposure opportunities, both through agencies and in-house outreach.
- Support events and activations with run sheets, shoot coordination, and live content coverage.
Performance & Reporting
- Deliver weekly and monthly reporting across social media and influencer activities.
- Track performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Highlight competitor or industry learnings to refine social strategies.
