Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute
    social media strategies
    that drive engagement and brand awareness
  • Write
    scripts for short-form video and reels
    , and manage video editing & production
  • Create compelling
    graphics and static content
  • Support directors in building their
    personal brands
    through tailored content and posting schedules
  • Coordinate with the team to encourage
    content sharing and engagement
    across platforms
  • Manage
    email campaigns
    to nurture and engage our client base
  • Analyse performance metrics and present actionable insights to senior management
  • Collaborate closely with directors to
    bring the business vision to life
    through innovative marketing initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3+ years of relevant marketing and social media management experience
  • Proven skills in
    video content creation
    (scripting, editing, producing reels)
  • Strong design eye with experience in tools like Canva, Capcut, Active Campaigns & Notion (All tools provided)
  • Excellent copywriting skills – you know how to craft posts that grab attention and convert
  • A self-starter
    with the ability to work independently and present solutions, not just problems
  • Someone eager to
    grow into a leadership role
    and build a marketing team around them
  • A positive, collaborative attitude with a drive to make an impact
