We are a leading online art print business in Australia. We are looking for a social media specialist to join our friendly team.

Please be aware that this is a part-time role, 15-20 hours per week.

**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social media and influencer culture. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, building strong relationships with influencers, and driving brand engagement across all digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, plan, and schedule engaging social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and other platforms.
- Manage day-to-day posting, community management, and audience engagement.
- Identify, reach out to, and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors aligned with our brand values.
- Conceptualize and execute creative influencer marketing campaigns.
- Track and report on the performance of social media and influencer partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative team to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

**About You**:

- You have a strong sense of social media trends, influencer culture, and digital storytelling.
- You are highly creative, full of ideas, and have a passion for visual aesthetics.
- You’re dynamic, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and visual.
- You’re highly organized and can manage multiple projects at once.
- Experience with social media management tools (like Later, Hootsuite, or similar) is a bonus.

**Experience**:

- 2+ years experience in a social media, influencer marketing, or digital content role.
- Experience in the home decoration, lifestyle, art, or creative industries is a plus.
- Proven success in growing social media audiences and managing influencer collaborations.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:
