**Job Description**:
The purpose of the Global HR Business Partner position is to partner senior managers & their frontline leadership teams on HR related matters throughout the employee lifecycle. The position will provide coaching, guidance, and advice to management and employees on people management, talent management, performance management, development, retention, succession & pipelining, and related HR policies. Additionally, the job holder will guide people leaders and employees to drive and execute changes in compliance with local law and Company ER/IR practices. HR business partners with ER/IR background will stand a better opportunity to shine and succeed in this role.

**PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Collaborate with senior managers and HR colleagues in different countries and regions to develop and implement HR key focus for assigned client group, contribute into the Global functional HR strategy and direction.
- Drive for performance culture with functions through utilisation of HR toolkits and performance cycles as well as relevant training for people leaders and employees.
- Support change management initiatives, organisation-wide development programs, and workforce planning efforts to enhance the company's organisational structure and culture.
- Stay updated on labour laws and regulations, ensuring the organisation's HR practices and policies are compliant and advise on necessary changes.
- Utilise HR metrics and data analysis to bring about data-driven suggestions, monitor HR-related key performance indicators, and propose improvements.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives and foster an inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps, develop training programs, and facilitate employee development opportunities.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employees, addressing concerns, providing guidance, and mediating conflicts to maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Provide analysis and guidance on the content of pertinent Industrial Instruments, such as Heads of Agreement, Local Agreements, and Modern Awards, and escalate matters to the E&IR team when required
- Provide advice and recommendations on misconduct matters to mitigate risks.
- Partners with CoEs team members to ensure flawless execution for assigned client group
- Partners with HSE & Injury Management Teams to support work related & non-work related fitness for work matters.

**HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT RESPONSIBILITY**
- Follow Toll and legislative health and safety requirements relevant to the position.
- Identify and report hazards, injuries and incidents.
- Follow reasonable instructions in emergency situations related to health and safety.
- Act responsibly for the safety of self and others.
- Participate in health and safety improvement activities, reviews and audits where required.
- Wear/use designated personal protective equipment and clothing in accordance with information, instruction or training at operational sites.
- Comply with any reasonable policy or procedure relating to health and safety within Toll’s governance framework.

**Qualifications**:
**Technical**
- Strong foundation in a broad range of contemporary HR principles & practices.
- Well-developed workplace investigation skills.

**Business**
- Demonstrated experience at a Senior Advisory/HRBP level.
- Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills in order to manage competing tasks and meets deadlines.
- Ability to negotiate for successful outcomes at a senior level.
- Demonstrated collaborative nature - seeks to improve overall Toll business results.
- Worked in environments that value excellence and drove high standards while taking a practical yet creative approach towards human capital management.
