HR Business Partner

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced HR Business Partner with strengths in Learning & Development and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. This role blends strategy with hands-on delivery, partnering closely with leaders to uplift capability, culture, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging L&D programs, including leadership development and digital learning platforms.
  • Own and evolve the DEI roadmap, track progress, and collaborate on meaningful internal and external initiatives.
  • Provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle, including ER, coaching, engagement and organisational improvement.
  • Maintain and develop HR policies, ensuring legislative compliance.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for your client group and support workforce planning and succession.
  • Contribute to strategic HR projects that drive business transformation.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in a HR Business Partnering role - exposure to the financial services industry preferred
  • Confident stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while delivering practical, people-focused solutions.
  • HR/Business tertiary qualifications (preferred).
