Tandem Partners are proud to be partnering with this global FMCG business that is experiencing a period of growth and change. With exciting prospects ahead, there is now an opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join the team. The HR Business Partner will be a senior member of HR team and will contribute to achieving the overarching HR strategy to drive a positive, high performing culture.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to become a trusted advisor and truly partner with a dedicated client group to drive positive changes. Reporting into the GM of HR, you will work together across the full generalist remit. Furthermore, you will roll out the culture survey and put together action plans to ensure that employees are working across a culture that they can be proud of. Additionally, you with drive leadership development across the business, ensuring that high potential employees are equipped with the leadership capabilities to become future leaders within the business.
To be successful within this position, you will have a strong HR generalist background, and have a passion for leadership development and employee engagement. You will ideally have worked within FMCG or Manufacturing and have exposure to working within a unionised environment. As a HR practitioner, you will be known for your strong ability to lead and influence positive cultural changes and possess a commercial mindset.
