**About The Role**
This role interacts closely with external partners, technical teams to coordinate certifications and partner renewals. Maintain and coordinate our partnership ecosystem to ensure we are certified at the appropriate level and maximise our partnership value.
- Coordinate cross team resources and manage all aspects of vendor compliance to ensure partnership status is maintained.
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors and developing an understanding all vendor standard operating procedures.
- Review all vendor reward programs and work with stakeholder to determine viability.
- Be a main point of contact for vendors and manage the vendor desk calendar.
- Track and report on status of existing vendor relationships, including understanding sales targets and making recommendations to sales on where to focus to maximise vendor status, rebates and rewards.
- Experience working at a ICT Service Provider, Systems Integrator, Vendor or Distributor.
- Experience in managing and allocating people and other resources to achieve business unit objectives, ideally in a similar role.
- Experience and understanding of how to work with and influence senior leaders to achieve business outcomes.
- An understanding of the Microsoft Office.
- Ability to self start, and work independently and proactively to achieve results within timelines.
