Job Function: Field Sales The role:
This is an opportunity to join an organisation that is implementing AI, Data, Apps, DevOps, Cloud, ITPM and Security solutions for world leading organisations.

This person will be a key stakeholder in driving SoftwareOne's ability to continue to help our Corporate customers to innovate in the age of Data & AI with our strategic partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To achieve sales and growth targets through focused initiatives with tier-one partners that grow profitable revenue for SoftwareOne’s Application, Cloud, Security and ITPM services businesses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tier-one partners and key stakeholders within the organisation.
- Drive and execute joint lead generation and marketing activities with our tier-one partners and internal teams to grow business pipeline.
- Act as the partner program expert for our internal sales, licensing, delivery and operations teams for our tier-one partners.
- Create and execute go-to-market business plans and programs with our tier-one partners and ensure alignment between SoftwareOne and partner strategies and messaging.
- Perform go-to-market business plan status reviews with tier-one partners and report to stakeholders on performance and progression.
- Monitor industry trends and provide insight to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Strong use of partner portals to support program operations and coordinate the sharing of pipeline building and lead information.
- Act as one of the primary liaisons to promote SoftwareOne within the partner organisation.
- Regularly communicates updates partner initiatives and keeps partner highly visible within the SoftwareOne organisation.

What we need to see from you:

- **Existing full-time work rights in Australia**:

- Proven track record of achieving sales and growth targets with partner / vendor businesses, with a particular focus on solutioning and consultative programs.
- 6+ years of experience in a sales or alliance role working with Microsoft and other partners.
- Experience of selling into different market segments, such as Enterprise, Government, Education, Corporate.
- Confident communicator and presenter with demonstrable experience working with internal and external senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Data & AI, Cloud / Azure, Digital Workplace, Security, and ITPM solutions.
- Expert level licensing and program knowledge (certifications, funding, partner tiers, renewals, recurrings, true ups, etc.) such as with Microsoft and other partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated and results oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit.
