About the Job:

The Director of Strategic Alliances, APAC will play a key leadership role in Zone's Channel & Alliances team. You'll be responsible for expanding our partner ecosystem across the APAC region, building and scaling strategic partnerships, and leading a team of alliance managers. This is a highly visible role that requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive revenue growth, increase Zone's market footprint, and strengthen our brand across the partner ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and execute partner strategy across the APAC region.
  • Build scalable systems and processes to manage and grow partnerships.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners.
  • Deepen engagement and increase revenue contribution from existing partners.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and manage the partner lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute partner-specific GTM strategies, including lead generation and incentives.
  • Establish and track revenue and performance metrics for the partner program.
  • Build and implement rules of engagement for different partner types.
  • Lead partner enablement efforts with training, collateral, and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on integrations and technology partnerships.
  • Represent Zone to NetSuite partners, solution providers, and PE firms.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of alliance professionals.
  • Align cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) around partner goals.
  • Regularly report on pipeline, revenue, and partner impact to executive leadership.

What You'll Need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, partnerships, or channel management—ideally within SaaS or ERP.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through scalable partner programs.
  • Leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of the NetSuite ecosystem or ERP-related solutions (P2P, O2C, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive influencing skills.
  • Ability to design and implement systems and processes for growth.
  • Experience in partner enablement, performance tracking, and ecosystem development.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Flexibility to work across global time zones.
