Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive support services to individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
- Develop, implement, and review individualized plans to meet unique needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments of participant requirements, including risk evaluations and safety planning as needed.
- Promote independent living among participants.
- Advocate and assist participants in accessing housing and specialized services.
- Certificate IV qualifications in Community Services or equivalent.
