**Position overview**
The charter of the Division of Facilities and Services (F&S) is to ‘enable academic excellence at the ANU through integrated and innovative facilities and project delivery’. The three key portfolios within the Division are Infrastructure & Planning, Operations, and Corporate.
The Executive Officer provides high-level executive support in the achievement of strategic goals, working effectively across a wide range of high-level internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies and other relevant bodies. While reporting directly to the Director, the Executive Officer works in close collaboration with other members of the Divisional senior management team to provide strategic planning, advice and support as well as building professional relationships across the Campus.
The successful applicant will have strong communication skills adept in compiling briefs and annual reports. This is a fast-paced working environment which requires flexibility, strong collaborative skills and a ‘can do’ attitude. An operational background - in facilities or property would be highly regarded.
