Ibis Sydney Barangaroo is a modern and vibrant hotel with 91 rooms. Located in the heart of Barangaroo, offering contemporary and stylish accommodations designed for both business and leisure travelers.

**Specific duties include**:

- Oversee and support the daily operations of the hotel in the absence of the General Manager
- A driver of guest satisfaction and loyalty recruitment
- Challenge the status quo and continue to grow and innovate in the superior service of our guests
- Taking initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests are positive and productive
- Ensuring that each team member feels valued whilst providing guidance and supporting their learning & development
- Actively resolving guest requests, complaints and challenges
- Be responsible for the health and safety of all patrons, guests and team members

**Qualifications** What we are looking for**:

- Passion for people and hospitality
- Previous Front Office Supervisor/Team-Leader experience
- Knowledge of Opera and excel
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to make decisions independently and confidently
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to cope well under pressure
