**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Multicultural Manager to join our team working across both Werribee & Heidelberg sites.
- This is an exciting opportunity to effectively manage the operational, financial and human resources within multicultural services.
- Based across 2 sites with the option to work remotely
- Permanent Full time contract
- Provide effective leadership skills.
- Maintain effective and appropriate lines of communication with internal and external stakeholders

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Ability to problem solve, pivot and retain a can-do approach
- Proven manager experience, preferably in a Multicultural bases position
- Demonstrated organisational and people-centric skills
- Qualification in business administration or equivalent preferred
