We are looking for someone that loves variety, displays initiative and has a people centric approach to join our Werribee office as a Client Services Coordinator on a permanent part-time bias.

**What will your typical week look like?**

You will provide support and complete administrative tasks, ensuring they are delivered effectively and efficiently; ensuring a high level of customer care and a people-centric approach. You will be based at reception and be responsible for supporting Advisers, Partners and Corporate staff and overall providing general administrative support to team members

**Key responsibilities**
- Managing all aspects of reception including providing exceptional client service when liaising with incoming clients and upkeep presentation
- Managing client data, checking reports including timesheets, billings and expenses; AML compliance, preparing client service agreements and collection of information, invoicing and WIP Management
- Ensure all client related tasks in your local office or designated region are completed in accordance within internal and external service standards
- Liaise with internal and external parties on behalf of clients as required
- Support the team with system administration and data entry
- Diary management, report collation, and document compilation
- Field general client queries and redirect to relevant team members as appropriate

- Have 1-year work experience in a professional office setting
- Competency in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Words and Excel
- Excellent client and stakeholder relationship skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Highly skilled in prioritising and coordinating tasks.
- A proactive attitude toward problem solving, learning and developing in your role
- A genuine team player, with a friendly, helpful and constructive attitude
