Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park is currently seeking a dedicated **Guest Services Manager** to join their Front Office Team Whether you're a well seasoned GSM, or someone with a passion for guest services looking to take the next step in their career, we want to hear from you

**About the role**:
With full training and support provided by the hotel's Front Office Manager & General Manager, our Guest Services Manager will have a sound and diverse knowledge of industry operations and will work closely with the Front Office Team at this award-winning hotel. The successful applicant will:

- Be passionate in and knowledgeable about all areas of front office
- Provide the highest level of customer service in a hosted environment
- Responsible for delivering the ultimate guest experience
- Be a customer focused and personable addition to the team
- Have a strong focus on creating an unforgettable experience for all guests
- Be responsible for responding to and managing guest feedback, contributing to an exceptional on-line reputation

**About you**:

- Willing to take ownership of creating the ultimate experience
- Part of a team with outstanding employee engagement
- Exceptional knowledge of a hotel's front office administrative duties - including the administration of reservations, cash handling and reception duties
- Commitment with flexibility to work on a rotating roster
- Proactive and positive focus with a passion for the hotel hospitality industry
- You must have **full, unrestricted rights to work in Australia** - **No** VISA or sponsorship opportunities will be offered for this role.
- Should be reliable and energetic, and want to engage with guests, ensuring every guest experience is unforgettable.
