Patient Services Assistant

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:Exciting opportunity to join and make an impact to exceptional service We are seeking qualified and motivated Patient Services Assistants to be part of our Environmental Services Department.You will be an integral member of our team and provide patient centric cleaning duties, food & beverage services, transportation of patients and patient support.
- Permanent part time and Full time positions
- Monday to Sunday.
- Day shift, afternoon shift and night shift positions.
- Immediate start available.
- Located at Werribee Mercy Hospital.
- Dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Responsible for ensuring that Victorian Public Health cleaning and Food Safety standards are met.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- You have completed Certificate 3 in Health Services, or equivalent, or working towards completing.
- Current Food Handling Certificate.
- Excellent customer service skills and have a passion for attention to detail.
- Demonstrate ability to show initiative and work within a team environment.
- Highly developed verbal and written skills.
- Ability to understand Patients' diet codes.
- A commitment to policies and procedures in order to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff and members of the public.
