**Description**:
About your role
**Your key responsibilities are**:

- **Strategy Development**: Formulate and implement regional marketing strategies that align with Clarus Adventure’s global objectives and cater to the unique needs of the APAC markets.
- **Campaign Execution**: Manage and execute marketing campaigns (brand & product) across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and trade shows, ensuring they resonate with regional audiences and drive brand engagement.
- **Brand Management**: Uphold and enhance the Clarus Adventure brand(s) image in the APAC region, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- **Trade / Retail Marketing**: Work in close collaboration with the sales team and key wholesale / retailer channel partners to develop and execute joint-marketing and display plans that maximise our brand presence and quality (with quality and consistency, aligned with global guidelines).
- **NPD GTM Launch Execution**: Collaborate with the global marketing and sales team in developing and executing regional launch plans (leveraging global content).
- **Customer Engagement**: Design and implement strategies to boost customer engagement and loyalty, leveraging feedback and market insights to enhance the customer experience.
- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
- **Budget Oversight**: Develop and manage the marketing budget for the APAC region, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial goals.
- **Performance Analysis**: Track and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives using key metrics. Provide regular reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with global marketing teams, sales, and local distributors to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and optimise regional campaigns.
**Skills and Experiences**:
**Key skills and requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with a successful track record, ideally having worked in a global and regional environment.
Experience of marketing consumer products with a deep understanding of trade, retail and promotional marketing will be essential.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Proficiency in market research and analysis.
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media trends.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
