About the Role
As the Trade Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving customer engagement, and sales growth through retail partners' ecosystem in ANZ. You will navigate both offline and online retail strategies, understand and influence the customer journey, and be driven to push for innovative strategies that will elevate Rhino-Rack’s retail presence to new heights. As a vital member of the marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the business’s consumer environment.
**Description**:
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic direction and execution of Rhino Rack Trade Marketing to drive traffic, sales, and brand loyalty through our retail partners' channel ecosystem
Act as a brand custodian with some of the biggest retail partners in ANZ
Collaborate with the sales team and key retailers to develop retail marketing annual plans and support retail stores using co-op in the implementation of initiatives
Develop a 12-month promotional calendar to support key accounts and independent retailers
Set and own the retail environment vision and guidelines to bring key initiatives to life that enhance consumer interaction with our brand: in-store promotions, merchandising best practices, shop-in-shop experiences
Be accountable for the entire development-to-implementation process, from budgeting and planning to briefings, weekly work-in-progress (WIP) meetings, design, production, distribution and performance management
Manage external agencies and optimize the marketing retail budget, ensuring cost-effective projects and initiatives are conducted to the highest standard.
Analyse the business impact of campaigns and partners to develop analysis and return on investment (ROI)
Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to optimize consumer shopping experience and identify growth opportunities
Develop and execute the Rhino-Rack Catalogue for the global market
Coordinate packaging projects in collaboration with product managers, ensuring proper project management execution and distribution
Recommend on industry events, activities and exhibitions such as trade shows and lead the execution as well as the performance management of the initiatives
Develop the brand trade show corporate presence (stand) that is aligned with the brand vision and retail objectives
**Skills and Experiences**:
Qualifications and Exeprience
5-8+ years of work in a similar marketing role and industry, with strong retail-focused background.
Automotive (and related) industry as well as brand background are highly regarded
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communication
Strong experience in shopper marketing, including the creation of catalogues, point-of-sale materials, and in-store experiences, as well as planograms
Experience in managing brand compliance with a keen eye for detail and design
Exceptional project management abilities with proven ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, traveling and time spent with customers on the field will be required
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams, including remote teams across different time zone
Ability to build and efficiently manage a budget
