**Company Description** Work your Way to Sydney** We are seeking a motivated, energetic and guest-focused Reservations Team Leader on a fulltime capacity to join our Portfolio team. Reporting directly to the Portfolio Reservations Manager, you will assist in centrally managing the Reservations for a Portfolio of 4 key Accor properties across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
- Ensuring a high level of guest service at all times across all interaction points
- Monitoring your team of Agents and providing mentorship and guidance
- Dealing with more complex queries and escalation from Agents
- Assisting to control all bookings across the 4 properties
- Ensuring a high booking conversion rate and that targets are met
- Utilising sales techniques to meet quotas and hit upselling goals
- Assist the Reservations Manager in establishing best practices for the Department

**About You**:

- You have experience and proven success in a similar environment and are ready to take on a new challenge
- You have exceptional communication and customer service skills
- You love finding the YES for our guests
- You are driven, self-motivated and like working in a team environment
- You have full working rights in Australia
- Experience in a Hotel environment and with OPERA will be highly advantageous but not essential
