**Sales Team Manager - Winery Direct**

We currently have a unique opportunity for a highly motivated Team Manager to join our rapidly growing team at Winery Direct. You will be responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring a team of passionate high performers.

**The Opportunity**

You will be joining a high performing team offering a personalised wine service, with unique and bespoke products taking customers on a premium wine journey. You will be supported with an ever changing tantalising portfolio of Australian and International fine wines while collaborating with some of Australia’s leading wine professionals and educators.

We offer extensive in house wine training from Bronze through to WSET3. Whilst you don’t need wine experience to start, a passion for wine will set you up for success.

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**
- **Minimum 2 - 5 years’ management and leadership experience, managing a large team (10+)**:

- **Minimum 2 - 5 Years sales experience in a retail, B2C or B2B capacity**:

- **A self-starter who thrives on exceeding targets**:

- **Outstanding communication skills and ability to connect with team and customers**:

- **A high level of computer literacy**:

- **Strong prioritisation skills are essential**
