**Reservations Assistant - Pellegrino 2000, Clam Bar & Neptune's Grotto**

The hospitality team behind Pellegrino 2000, Clam Bar and Neptune's Grotto are seeking a Reservations Assistant to support our growing group of restaurants

**About the Role**:

- **Starting Hours**: 16 hours per week (casual hourly rate)
- **Potential**: Opportunity for more hours as the groups expands, and the potential to work within venues pending experience
- **Initial Schedule in Darlinghurst office**:

- **Sunday & Monday**: 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM
- or_
- **Saturday & Sunday**: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage guest reservations across multiple venues using OpenTable
- Assist with VIP bookings and special requests
- Maintain accurate scheduling and reservation records
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless guest experience

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience in hospitality, reservations, or customer service is preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail
