Reservations Manager – Pellegrino 2000, Neptune's Grotto, Clam Bar & Grandfather's Restaurant

Location: Darlinghurst Office

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday (full-time, 38 hours/week after training)

Hours:

  • Sunday-Tuesday: 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Wednesday-Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Reservations Manager to join our team.

You'll be the first point of contact for our guests - managing reservations, handling special requests, and helping create seamless dining experiences across our award-winning venues.

What You'll Do

  • Manage guest bookings across multiple venues using OpenTable
  • Communicate with guests via phone, email, and online booking platforms
  • Handle VIP reservations and special occasions with care
  • Keep accurate reservation and scheduling records

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of hospitality experience (front-of-house or reservations preferred)
  • Familiarity with OpenTable or SevenRooms is a plus (training provided)
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Confident with managing multiple venues and guest requests
  • A proactive, detail-focused attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
  • Full Australian working rights
