We currently have an opportunity for a Document Writer TDS. Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in establishing a quality management focus across our national contract teams. Reporting to General Manager Operational Solutions, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

**What You’ll Do**

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

- Lead the transition of in-flight contracts into the Downer Integrated Management System.
- Develop and implement quality management plans aligned with business and contractual objectives.
- Collaborate with contract teams to ensure compliance with the Downer Standard.
- Participate in contract mobilisations and ensure readiness of Contract Management Plans.Provide regular feedback to and support the Zero Harm commitment of the business.
- **What You’ll Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or equivalent experience.
- Accreditation(s) in Quality, Risk, and Compliance (highly regarded).
- Proven experience in managing and implementing enterprise-level quality systems.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Relevant industry experience at a leadership level in quality management systems.
