This role is within Group Protective Services (GPS). GPS is part of the Corporate Services (Division) which provides services to the Westpac Group in the areas of Group Property, Group Procurement and Group Protective Services. The Chief Security Officer (CSO) is responsible for leading the Group Protective Services team.

**What do I need?**
The role is responsible for developing comprehensive documentation for GPS to provide the wider group. This role will require a high level of attention to detail to write user friendly content that is easily understood.
**In addition, the below requirements will also be highly regarded**:
- Develop comprehensive documentation that meets our Groups standards
- Gain a deep understanding of the GPS policies and standards and understand the downstream impacts to be addressed
- Translate policies and standards into simple, polished & engaging content
- Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of target audience
- Maintain a detailed database of reference materials
- Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement
- Strong project management skills inc. planning, prioritising & organisational skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills including senior level management
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work proactively and autonomously
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
**Experience required**:
- Two or more years of experience as an effective technical writer
- Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences
- Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
