**About the role**

In this role you will work with various teams to address knowledge article deficiencies and Analysis of end user interactions with IT (voice, chat, self-help) to identify opportunities to provide better knowledge articles

**You will**:

- Create and/or modify knowledge articles
- Form relationships / working group with other Coles' areas doing end user knowledge (e.g. P&C, store procedural etc)
- Reporting of knowledge usage / feedback
- Work with ServiceNow (VA) to develop / enhance VA conversations

**About you**
Exceptionally well organised, you’re a confident communicator and come from a content management background.

**You’ll have**
- Experience with stakeholder management
- Working knowledge of content management systems.
- Proven content writing or copy writing experience.
- Self-motivated, problem solver with the ability to manage multiple independent projects concurrently
- Good communication and business engagement skills. Both written and oral, to suit various stakeholders
- Ability to work within constraints to accommodate changing requirements
- Organised with excellent time management skills
- Strong work ethic, reliability and a team player
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
