About the role
Join the action as a Group Stock Hand at JPL Group, where you’ll play a key part in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. From receiving to dispatching stock, your attention to detail and teamwork will help keep everything moving on time. If you're hands-on and reliable, we want you on our team
What will you do?
- Coordinate watch repairs with suppliers and manage the dispatch of repaired items to stores
- Handle and resolve all watch repair queries from stores, ensuring timely communication with suppliers
- Receive, record, and match incoming stock deliveries to relevant costings across all divisions
- Liaise with Buyers and Accounts to ensure accurate and timely processing of local and overseas costings
- Organise, refill, and maintain stock levels in designated areas
- Assist with daily stock picking and preparation for dispatch
- Support general warehouse housekeeping to maintain a clean and efficient workspace
- Provide backup support for stock handling and related operational tasks as needed
What skills and experience do you need?
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to details with focus on accuracy
- Proven ability to work well both in a team as well as individually
- Proven ability to plan, organise, implement actions and achieve effective outcome
