Global AdTech household brand requires Head of Agency Sales to lead their established team whilst also maintaining and building new relationships with Global blue-chip brands

**What we are looking for**:

- 15+ years of experience in digital advertising at a media, technology, or MVPD company with experience in advertising, digital media, and advertising platforms
- Experience in developing breakthrough plans to achieve new business
- Ability to mentor a team in an effort to drive their performance
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising space, with in-depth knowledge of Australia’s digital advertising landscape
- Experience building a large book of business and managing against quotas
- Proven success working with Australian advertising agency groups
- The ability to lead, conclude and execute complex negotiations
- Independent, self-starter; comfortable with ambiguity, and resilient.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide comprehensive advertising solutions to prospective clients.
- Strong at explaining complex topics in simple terms in person or over the phone
- Experience in managing longer sales cycles with many stakeholders
- Bachelor's Degree; MBA or other advanced degree preferred but not a mandate

**What you will be responsible for**:

- Develop and execute a long-term strategy for driving partnerships and ad sales with agencies on a national level.
- Initiate structure and negotiate high impact partnerships with agencies/trading desks including the big 5 agency groups. New advertiser revenue generation through top 5 agencies & key independents.
- Create and execute business growth strategies, account plans, and business processes for agency partners, and establish and develop C-level relationships
- Build, prioritise, manage and communicate an active pipeline of partners.
- Build and maintain a high-performing team, and represent the company as a speaker at industry events, developing the brand, and identifying prospective partners at industry events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to launch new agency-focused products with your partners.
- Contribute strategically to the growth and direction of the brand’s products and services, and ensure compliance to company standards, policies, and best practices.
- Build and facilitate deals to meet campaign objectives in an efficient manner.
- Identify opportunities to grow client spend through data analysis, research, optimization, coordinating with internal teams.
- Lead a team of account managers, and solutions consultants, and liaise with support teams, including Sales Finance, Sales Operations, Marketing, and product specialists.

We need a passionate Head of Agency Sales who is ready to help contribute to the strategic direction of the business amidst its next phase of growth in Australia & New Zealand and as act as an integral part of the existing Leadership team which is currently run by ex-Googlers and backed by one of the biggest electronics companies in the world.
