**Office Based - Full Time Role**
**About the role**:
This full-time role will be responsible for assisting our sales and finance teams with day-to-day tasks, such as taking calls from customers or salespeople, processing sales orders and updating information into the companies database.
Comprehensive in-house training with plenty of staff keen and eager to help.
Reporting to the Financial Controller your role will require you to assist with (but not limited to) the following:
- Provide excellent internal and external customer service
- Confident answering incoming calls
- Assisting Sales Team finalising paperwork for sales
- Assist with all administration functions required by Sales or Finance departments
- Accurate data entry to ensure that the companies database is maintained
- Back up to our accounts payable team
- Provide adequate and accurate information to all enquiries
- Immediately report any concerns or queries
**About you**:
We are looking for someone to join our team and quickly take responsibility for some key tasks, therefore experience working as an Office Administrator is essential.
In addition, we are looking for the following skills and experience:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office
- General administration and accounts experience
- Great telephone manner
- Positive attitude focused on teamwork
- Accurate computer skills and data input
- Timely and accurate documentation
- Organised and neat
- Conscientious and reliable
- Ability to work autonomously
- Attention to detail
- Committed team player
- Totally reliable and honest
