This ASX listed organisation delivers essential services and infrastructure to communities across Australia. They are looking for a Resource (training) Development Officer to join their team in Brisbane and help them to create high-quality training resources for their accredited courses.

**Your new role**

**What you'll need to succeed**

It is essential that you have experience working within the VET sector and developing accredited training materials,

You will also have:

- A solid understanding of training and assessment methods and strategies
- Experience in training design and development
- Experience in designing and developing vocational education assessment resources.
- Experience in converting training materials into online compatible formats.
- Be looking to make an impact in a collaborative team and be comfortable working with stakeholders across an organisation and discussing training needs.

**What you'll get in return**

You will be working as part of an experienced, supportive and fun learning team and will receive the opportunity to take ownership and grow in this role. Based out of the West End within walking distance to South Brisbane station and with parking options available also, this team offer hybrid working. This is a contract role till the end of June initially, but with the intention that the right person will convert to a permanent employee.
